WORK-LIFE-BALANCE

We offer our employees a high level of flexibility through flexitime and mobile working. Overtime can be offset with extra time off and it is possible to apply for semi-retirement. BIS also understands how important it is to combine family life with work, which is why around 20% of our employees work part-time.

PAYMENT

The remuneration system at BIS is based on the current collective agreements for the public sector (TVöD). Equal pay and the fair remuneration of all employees are important to us: this is why we have had an equal pay review carried out by external auditors and the results show that women and men in the company receive the same pay for the equivalent work. The proportion of women at BIS is just over 50%.
